How Does It Work?
First, you will log into your account.  If you do not have an account, you will be required to open one.  Don't worry though, we only ask for minimal information.  Next, you will create your ad and submit it for approval.  We will review the content of your ad and respond within 48 hours.  Upon approval, your ad will remain active on the site for 120 days!

If you are browsing the ads on the site, you are not required to have an account.  You can simply use the search function to see what is being offered in your military community.  If you find an ad that you are interested in, you can respond to it.  The owner of the ad will receive an email message from you in which case they will contact you.

Seven Questions to Ask Yourself
1.  If you require the services of the Base Lemon Lot, wouldn't you also like to advertise here too for free?  You could direct potential buyers to the lot to see your vehicle first hand!

2.  Although the base consignment store is a wonderful resource for our military communities, you will be required to transport your items there.  For large items such as furniture or appliances, you would need to acquire a truck and a friend in order to get it there.  If it does not sell after a certain period of time, you would have to, again, get a truck and a friend to help you remove it.  Is it worth the hassle?

3.  Buying, selling or renting real estate property between military members is a preferred transaction.  Wouldn't you like a way to advertise or search for real estate in a manner that is standardized among all United States military communities?  There is a really neat website for military people called MilitaryByOwner.com that you can direct interested parties to via this site.  Give it a try!

4.  How would you go about donating items within your military community?  Are there times when you have things that you would really like to see go to good use rather than throwing them away?  What about the times when you yourself were in need of something but didn't know how to find it?  Perhaps you were in need of a baby crib but couldn't afford to purchase a new one.

5.  All of us in the military receive orders to move from time to time.  When we do, we always seem to be in need of moving boxes.  Do you pay full price for boxes?  They are very expensive.  Wouldn't it be nice if you could locate boxes that another military member was throwing out?

6.  How do you find a babysitter, lawn service or pet care when you need it?  These are the kind of services that most military members are in need of but rarely have a good way of finding them.

7.  If you wanted to make a general announcement to your military community, how would you go about doing it?  Your announcement could be about an upcoming youth soccer league that is about to kick off or maybe about a fundraiser that your base organization is launching.  Not everyone has access to the base network, so how would you let them know?
